Sony and Media Molecule have launched a brand new LittleBigPlanet website today. It's not the same as the Flash-hungry official game page, but one that appears to be designed for the exciting day-to-day newsy stuff that will (hopefully) emerge once players infest the LittleBigPlanet servers.

"For now, the news site will keep you informed, educated and hopefully excited about our release in October, but eventually, our website will evolve into something much bigger and better to support our community of Players, Creators and Sharers," it writes.

You can also login with your normal PSN account - that's not just for making comments either; it also allows you to stick random stickers all over the front page to your liking. No idea why you'd want to do that but, still, you CAN. That's what really matters.
