New Adam Buxton show on BBC Three very soon

adam_buxton_2.jpg

It's amazing how things work out. Recently, don't know why, I've been listening to a lot of Adam and Joe podcasts. I used to enjoy their television programmes and for some reason I've been listening to their radio shows a bit recently. They're still very funny. I've also been posting up some of Adam's videos to here recently, because he likes mucking about with TV shows and adding his own words and lyrics and stuff. Makes me laugh as well. Check out the one I uploaded the other day here. Or even the one here. I've also been looking at Adam's blog from time to time because I've been thinking about going to see him live. And wouldn't you know it? He's going to be back on the telly very soon. Quite pleased.

He's been nattering on about this show he's made a pilot for, MeeBox, for a while now. He's also been posting up clips from it, mainly because he never thought this pilot would see the light of day.

Adam posted something up yesterday, saying that the show had finally been given a transmission date. I don't know too much about it except that it's called MeeBox, and it's on Sunday 22 June at 11.45pm. That's a prime slice of televisual real estate right there - Sunday at a quarter to midnight.

Anyway, I'm pleased and I'll be watching. Here's a clip.

You should by now realise though, most programs worth watching are on at stupid times.
Conversely, Eastenders and Big Brother are prime time.
