Fitch Rates Southern California Gas Co.'s $250MM First Mortgage Bonds (FMB) Series LL 'AA'NEW YORKNY-FITCH-RATINGS/SCALGAS
Fitch has assigned an 'AA' rating to Southern California Gas Co.'s (SCG) $250 million 5.5% coupon first mortgage bonds, series LL, due March 15, 2014. The transaction was priced on Nov. 18, 2008 and is expected to close Nov. 21, 2008. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The Rating Outlook for SCG is Stable.
