Westpac Banking Corporation (Westpac) has filed its Annual Financial Report on Form 20-F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the financial year ended 30 September 2008.
Westpac has also lodged the following with the Australian Securities Exchange, Sydney:
- 2008 Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM);
- 2008 AGM Proxy Voting Form;
- 2008 Annual Review ? a short-form summary of performance; and
- 2008 Annual Report ? the complete audited financial statements.
