Danilo Napolitano (Lampre)

MISANO, Sep 22 (CP) - Italian Danilo Napolitano has won the GP Città di Misano-Adriatico in his home country, finishing ahead of fellow countryman Paride Grillo.

Napolitano, who recently also won the coppa Bernocchi, had the best legs in the final sprint and succeeds Daniele Bennati as winner of this race.

The entire top four was Italian with Grillo and Giuseppe Palumbo completing the podium, and Francesco Chicchi taking the fourth spot.

The first non-Italian was Ariel Maximiliano Richeze; the Argentinian finished in fifth place.
