FRANKFURT, Sep 21 (CP) - German Marcus Burghardt has won stage three in the 3-Länder-Tour, while Dutchman Thomas Dekker maintains his overall lead.
Burghardt formed part of a lead group of eleven, which was eventually reduced to just four.
The T-Mobile rider won the sprint in Frankfurt, Europe's financial capital, and fellow countrymen Christian Knees and Andreas Schillinger completed the top three.
Thomas Dekker of Rabobank continues to lead in the overall classification.
