Position: Graduate Careers - Commercial Branch Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Design Engineering, Corporate Development

Location: UK Wide, All Areas

SIG is Europe’s leading supplier of specialist building products in its four key markets of insulation, roofing, commercial interiors and specialist construction and safety products. We currently have 30 vacancies across the UK working within Commercial Branch Management, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Logistics, Design Engineering, Corporate Development.

Subjects of study required:
· Business/Management Studies or any degree for Commercial Branch Management roles.

· Business /Management Studies or Marketing for Sales and Marketing roles.

· Finance/Accounting or Business/Management Studies for Finance roles.

· Logistics or Business/Management Studies for Logistics roles.

· Design/Project Engineering for Design Engineering roles.

· Russian with business for Corporate Development roles.

Our Opportunities:
Degree disciplines we are recruiting from include business studies or any degree for Candidates motivated towards developing a career within a commercial branch network environment, and we also have vacancies in a number of specialist and head office roles including sales and marketing, finance, logistics, design engineering and corporate development.

Your development:
Training and Development is an important part of SIG’s commitment towards its employees and our graduate training and development is structured to enable you to achieve a good balance of practical on the job experience with a range of off the job training so that at the end of your 18 month – 2 year training period you will have a clear idea of the type of role you wish to develop your early career in.

Graduates joining the company work alongside other staff to learn all aspects of the job in a real working environment, and this is supported by product and supplier courses as well as in-house and external skills development programmes. You will be expected to take a pro-active role in your own training, but support and guidance is always available through mentoring and coaching.

At the end of your training you will have an opportunity to discuss the area you would most like to work in. Your further development is supported by a range of development activities carried out within the company.
