Job description

You'll obtain hands-on experience of industry at the cutting edge of transport smart card roll-out. This invloves understanding the public transport ticketing requirements of various operators across the UK. You will start by capturing the details in functional specifications, evolving test scripts and performing tests with stakeholder clients and suppliers to verify the delivered software for each component. This includes participating with third parties in end to end system testing of the national smartcard specification.

Person requirements

Excellent numeracy, oral and written communication skills and a creative approach to problem solving. You'll also need to demonstrate well-developed organisational and team working abilities to operate in our project-driven environment.

Degree requirements

Minimum 2:1 first degree in Computer Science, Maths or Physics or Master or PHD.
