- Provide day-to-day technical support to Redhill users, regional offices, field managers and dealers.
Telephone support for Banque PSA Finance users
Log all calls and emails received onto the Service Desk into SDI
Assist in maintaining an effective and efficient infrastructure at the Banque PSA Finance head office in Redhill
To suggest and implement improvements to the processes, procedures, documentation and standards that are currently in existence within the Information Systems Team
Maintain the asset database for the Redhill offices
Maintain and develop a knowledgebase of solutions to problems
Support of Bespoke application
Support for Regional offices based in Slough, Coventry, Basingstoke, Livingston, Manchester and Warrington
- Person requirements
- Good understanding of customer service coupled with an excellent telephone manner is essential.
The ability to manage changing tasks, prioritise that workload, quickly diagnose the root cause of problems and then resolve these problems is essential.
Good analytical skills coupled with the ability to work under pressure is essential
Some experience supporting Microsoft workstations and servers in a corporate environment is essential.
The ability to speak French will be an advantage but is not a pre-requisite of the position.

- Studying for an IT related degree is essential.
