Apple has signed-up Egami Media as its latest content provision partner for the iTunes Store in the US.

Image Entertainment subsidiary, Egami Media, has agreed to make its content available through the digital service.
The company will introduce “over 100 titles” through iTunes initially, making these available for rental on sale with more content to be in future made available on the same day the DVD is released “whenever possible”.
Egami's library of over 2,000 digital shows includes feature films, stand-up comedy specials, special interest shows and performing arts titles.
"iTunes has established itself as the world s most popular online video store," said Burgess Wilson, senior VP, digital operations of Image Entertainment. "It s a very user-friendly way for consumers to enjoy TV and films while retaining the flexibility to watch shows when, where and how they want. We are very excited to be a content partner of iTunes and we look forward to a successful future."
