AOL introduces new version of Desktop for Mac
AOL’s new Desktop for Mac software is available now, “built for Mac users by Mac users,” the company said.
AOL Desktop for Mac combines a browser, instant messaging, email and other popular features into an integrated application.The browser uses the WebKit technology Safari is based on, offering tabbed web browsing.
The new version of AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) offers new improvements to Buddy Info, AIM Expressions and Buddy Fly Out.
AOL continues to offer the older AOL for Mac client, for those who need or want to continue to use it.
