Vintage label sells iPod nano's pre-populated with tracks of the 20's, 30's and 40's
Vintage music label PastPerfect has begun selling iPods pre-populated with collections of the music it publishes.
The company is selling iPod nano’s which have been pre-filled with a selection of 1,300 or so tracks from the label’s collection of songs from the 1920’s, 1930’s and 1940’s - everything from Glenn Miller and Billy Holiday to swing, bepop and French crooners.
While purchasing the label’s catalogue on CD would cost over £600, PastPerfect is selling its pre-loaded iPod nano’s for £249.97 apiece. Tracks are encoded at high-quality 224kbps and every album also includes full-colour artwork.
