New Max Payne Posters Plus, Day The Earth Stood Still and more Source: ComingSoon

A whole big bunch of new movie posters have arrived on the interweb today and most of them are very nice indeed.
ComingSoon has two posters for the video game adaptation Max Payne. We know you can't judge a film by its poster, but the eerie beauty of that angel one has upped our interest in the film.

Second up are two teasers for The Day The Earth Stood Still, the sci-fi remake starring Keanu Reeves. One of them shows clearly that the movie will be sticking quite closely to the 1951 incarnation of Gort, the giant robot who accompanies an alien (played by Reeves) on a trip to Earth, which winds up less peaceful than planned.

Lastly, we have the first poster for Jennifer's Body. Diablo Cody's follow-up to Juno stars Megan Fox as a high school bitch who is possessed by a demon that causes her to eat the local teenage boys. You may have guessed, it's a horror.

All three of these films will have a presence at Comic-Con this weekend, so stay tuned to Empire for more updates.

I very much like the new (Gort) TDTESS poster, but the one that was released first reminds me of Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Intentional or just a plain stupid recycling of old ideas job?
