Frost/Nixon, the successful West End stage re-creation of this legendary meeting has been transferred to the big screen with Ron Howard at the helm and the international trailer is now live to give you a taste.
With the stage show’s stars reprising their roles (Michael Sheen as Frost and Frank Langella as Tricky Dick), along with the likes of Kevin Bacon, Sam Rockwell, Oliver Platt and Toby Jones fleshing out the cast, this is shaping up to be an intriguing flick.

Blimey, this looks it really is just my cuppa - I just really hope Ron Howard will keep it edgy and won't coat things with a comforting historical layer. I have to say though that the major draw must be Frank Langella, who looks utterly astonishing in the trailer (though Michael Sheen, who doesn't look anything like his father and brothers, also appears to be spot on). The trailer is a bit long, but it does look really good and Langella really captures the ham-fisted arrogance of Nixon. Plus it really sent shivers reminding us of a president who thinks he's a king and believes he can commit crimes. ... Read More
I think that looked excellent! Tense, intriguing and funny as well. Minor quibble would be that it feels like I've seen most of the film now. Otherwise though it looks like my bum will be firmly planted in front of this when it’s released. ... Read More
