Prior to Sybase, Shine was at Canadian-based Geac Computer Corporation for ten successful years, based in both the UK and US at various times, during which he helped to successfully turn around two major global divisions for the ERP firm. Prior to this Shine spent 6 years with Andersen Consulting and three years in the Oil Exploration Industry.
