Was kann ich machen?? Normal.dot ändern in normal.old habe ich schon versucht. es lässt sich auch kein vorhandenes dokument starten. hatte vorher ein altes word 2003-dokument im überarbeiten modus geöffnet, aber das kanns ja nicht sein...

Die normal.dot ist dem Word ziemlich egal! Ich würde Dir empfehlen, dass kpl. Paket mal zu löschen (incl. der .lib etc ) und dann neu zu installieren. Das MS-Office 2008 Paket ist das schlimmste was ich je erlebt habe. Von daher würde ich so vorgehen!
