We currently have a vacancy for a part-time School Photographer working in the North East taking photographs in schools at sessions which have been booked by one of our Senior Photographers. The post is part-time during school hours so school holiday periods are enjoyed in the main. During the autumn term, our busiest period, there will regularly be both morning and afternoon appointments; the spring term is relatively quiet for photography and although the summer term is busier it is not as busy as the autumn term. The number of appointments the successful applicant will be required to take photographs at will increase, as indeed will their earnings. Hours of work are therefore irregular and the successful candidate must show flexibility with regard to working hours to allow for appointments with early start times and travelling time to these appointments. Full photographic training is given on appointment. Part of the training entails a five day visit to the Laboratory near the commencement of employment (full expenses paid).
