Personal attributes will include being target driven, confident and reliable. Your objective will be to communicate the product line by generating interest and enthusing about the studio. Description: Outgoing and very friendly customer focused marketing staff wanted for new West End Tourist Store. This is NOT a photographic role, (but could possibly lead to photogaphic work)- you would be photographed extensively by London tourists! Communicational abilities very important. Main Duties initially would be to dress up as a Beefeater, Guardsman and other suitable UK costumes (supplied), at various in-store locations to promote our comprehensive goods and services. Also any traditional British characters such as Town Criers, Bagpipers, Chelsea Pensioners, anyone with real talent whether it be juggling to freestyle footbal. We are also possibly looking for the ability to mimic and dress up as various internationally known British Celebrities, anything from Royalty, The Beatles, Freddie Mercury to Mr Bean. Must creative, able to act and entertain the general public, mainly overseas visitors, a good command of English necessary and a 2nd language an would be an advantage, but not essential. In return we offer a great fun working environment and competitive salary, on average 40 hrs per week.

You will be working in our photographic studio, where you will be required to assist in packshot photography, colour correction, and image retouching to a high level. You will be responsible for buying products, sourcing props, maintaining the photographic equipment and archiving the image database. I am looking for a reliable wedding assistant to act as a second shooter for a few upcoming weddings. Ideally you will either have some form of relevant experience OR be incredibely confident with your camera and all its settings (its vital that you understand DOF, Low light settings, reportage style etc) This is an excellent opportunity to add some stunning shots and locations to your portfolio. If you are looking to gain experience of event or motorsports photography (particularly if you want to fit that work experience around an existing career) we may have the opportunity you have been looking for. We are an event photography business attending 4x4 shows and taking photographs of people driving their vehicles off-road. We then offer prints for sale on-site within minutes of the event. We have the contracts for two major 4x4 shows this summer and are currently negotiating further event contracts. We therefore need additional staff to join our team at those events. We are recruiting additional photographers and people who can work in our on-site print shop, producing prints from digital files and selling those prints to the public. Ideally, those who come on board will be able to do a 'bit of both', thus expanding the experience they gain whilst working with us. These are paid positions with remuneration based upon age, ability and experience. You will need to have your own transport (or a means of getting to and from the above sites) and ideally you will have your own photographic equipment. We would prefer this to be high end Nikon or Canon digital bodies with minimum 10mp resolution. You should have lenses covering wide angle to short telephoto plus at least two memory cards of 2gb or larger. You should have experience of photographing motor vehicles in action or other fast moving sports, and the ability to provide a portfolio of past work at interview will be an advantage. You must have experience of downloading and handling digital files and producing colour prints from those files. Experience of using Adobe Photoshop and Kodak Easyshare imaging software will be particularly useful. Previous experience of handling cash and dealing with the public in a retail shop environment will also be very helpful.
