After his appearance on the first night of his 'Up in Smoke' tour in Chula Vista, California, rapper Snoop Dogg's tour bus was stopped at the Temecula border checkpoint, San Diego, after the border patrol smelled marijuana wafting from the tour bus. A member of Snoop's posse claimed possession of the drugs and was arrested.
